- Pull report
The demo retrieves an incident report from Box.
- Assess incident
Jev is asked whether the report is customer-facing and how severe it is.
- Choose folder
The incident file goes to Escalate, Monitor, or Review.
- Write metadata
The workflow sets a metadata template instance with the result.
Why it is interesting
Incident labels become file-routing actions in Box, with metadata left for later review. The demo makes the classification result visible in the same place where the report is handled.
