How it uses Jev

Pi sends a proposed bash, write or edit call through deterministic hard-deny rules first. Jev judges only calls that pass to the semantic layer, returning probabilities for allow or block; uncertain or unavailable answers block by default.

Why it's interesting

It makes a fast decision model an inspectable tool-permission gate while preserving a hard rule layer and a fail-closed fallback.
