How it uses Jev

In the Jev vs d1 race mode, Jev uses a Choice question to select the safest of three lanes from the current lane and a compact summary of obstacles ahead. The selected lane moves the AI car; the surrounding game tracks its confidence.

INSTRUCTION

Pick the safest lane; row 1 is most urgent and prefer the current lane when equally safe.

STATE

Source-defined example state: current lane plus each lane clear or the first obstacle row within look-ahead. The README illustrates center current lane, left obstacle at row 2, center clear, right obstacle row 4.

App workflow

  1. Summarize the road

Read current lane and first obstacle row for each lane in the look-ahead window.

  2. Request a lane

Send that state and the fixed left, center, right Choice question to the selected racer endpoint.

  3. Validate and move

Validate the returned lane, move the AI car, and update the confidence display.

Why it is interesting

The example demonstrates that a structured decision can run inside a fast game loop: code compresses the road into per-lane obstacle distances and Jev picks from a fixed set of lanes.
